## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Stadium Milton Keynes. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday 15:00-20:00 Thursday 15:00-20:00 Friday 15:00-20:00 Saturday 15:00-20:00

**Additional Shifts:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
