## Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Freshworks, you will act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and success with our products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing success plans with customers

- Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders

- Identifying and closing expansion opportunities

- Providing coaching and education to improve product adoption

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to complete customer goals

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 7+ years of Customer Success or related experience in a B2B environment

- Experience working with Mid Market and Enterprise level customers

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
