## Description

We are seeking a Livestock Administrator to join our Livestock team at Morrisons for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As a Livestock Administrator, you will be responsible for managing supplier set-ups, processing livestock payments, raising purchase orders, and delivering accurate reporting functions across the livestock division.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage supplier set-ups on Oracle, Farmline, and Niche systems

- Process livestock payments on time and in full against species grids

- Raise purchase orders and administer transport, agent, haulier, external sales, and contract kill transactions

- Deliver accurate daily and weekly reporting functions across the livestock division

- Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements:

- Experienced in working at an advanced/sound level in applications such as Excel

- Proven administrative experience, including raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and processing high-volume transactions

- Experience with or ability to quickly learn enterprise software (Oracle and Niche experience is preferential)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
