Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry, deliver her philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

Responsibilities:

- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury

- Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service

- Achieve sales targets through creating an amazing experience and exemplary service

- Reflect the brand values and customer base

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales: strive to achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets, create brand awareness, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit

- Customer Service: lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch

- Team Work: demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues

- Operations: ensure the counter is customer-ready, maintain excellent counter hygiene standards, assist with inventory levels, visual merchandising, and events

Requirements:

- Strong artistry, sales, and service talents

- Experience in beauty and retail

- Sales-driven with a passion for Charlotte Tilbury
