## Description

JLL is seeking a Valuer to support and develop its Value & Risk practice presence across the Hong Kong region.

The successful candidate will focus on developing client relations, promoting JLL's Valuation Services, Consultancy, and other services, as well as generating new business and new client contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing Valuation Services presence and fee generation opportunities

- Contributing to the development of Value & Risk Advisory database and operating procedures and practices

- Fostering existing client relationships and cultivating business for the team

- Undertaking and delivering accurate and quality valuation/consultancy assignments in a timely manner

- Providing high-quality real estate valuation/consulting services, including property market research, conducting valuation analysis, site inspections, feasibility studies, financial analysis, etc., with a focus on Hong Kong

- Preparing real estate valuation/consultancy reports and presentations

- Promoting other areas of activity within JLL

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate, with a professional qualification in General Practice surveying or equivalent being an advantage. They should be analytical, detail-oriented, and a good team player with excellent communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese and the ability to communicate in Mandarin and English are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft applications.
