The Chief of Staff is a pivotal, strategic, and deeply operational leadership role. This individual acts as a trusted advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer, ensuring focus and alignment to move the organization forward and execute on strategic priorities. Success demands rigorous project management, astute process thinking, and strong leadership to navigate challenges and influence outcomes.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a profound understanding of strategy development and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in matrixed organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior capabilities in end-to-end project management, a keen ability to analyze and optimize operational processes, and exceptional interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives effectively.

**Responsibilities**

- Govern the effective governance of all major Corporate Strategy strategic initiatives

- Prepare compelling presentations and materials for critical forums

- Drive continuous improvement across the Strategy organization

- Facilitate collaboration and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization

- Develop and track strategic objectives and KPIs

- Orchestrate and drive the successful execution of projects

- Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecast

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering, or a related analytical field

- 5+ years of Project Management experience

- 4+ years of progressive experience in a global, matrixed organization

- Outstanding verbal and written executive-level communication

- Proactive, anticipatory, and adept at navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments
