Pinehill Hospital is one of Hertfordshire's leading private hospitals, delivering high-quality patient-centred care. We are seeking an experienced Hotel Services Assistant/Catering Assistant to join our team.

The role involves working in the hospital pantry team, taking food orders, serving and clearing away meals, and providing refreshments across morning, evening, and weekend shifts. You will work closely with the catering team to provide a premium level of service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Take food orders and serve meals

- Clear away meals and provide refreshments

- Work closely with the catering team to deliver high-quality service

- General cleaning duties

Requirements:

- Current Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (or working towards it)

- Relevant experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Demonstrated Customer Service skills

- Basic Computer Skills
