## Description

We are seeking a motivated student to join our breakfast team as an intern. As part of a conventioned internship, you will work alongside our staff and participate in various stages of breakfast service, discovering the daily operations of a hotel buffet.

Your responsibilities:

- Help prepare and set up the breakfast buffet

- Welcome and assist guests during service

- Restock products and ensure the buffet is well-presented

- Learn good hygiene and food safety practices according to HACCP procedures and AFSCA requirements

- Understand temperature control, food conservation, and allergen management procedures

- Assist with clearing, washing up, and cleaning equipment and workspaces

- Contribute to reducing food waste and optimising service organisation

Requirements:

- Student in hospitality, catering, tourism, reception, or similar studies

- Motivated, punctual, organised, and dynamic individual

- Awareness of hygiene and food safety regulations

- Good presentation and professional attitude

- French or English language skills; Dutch is a plus

- Availability for morning shifts

No prior experience is required. We are looking for someone serious, curious, and eager to learn.
