## Description

At Samsara, our People Partners contribute to organizational strategy and meaningfully impact business outcomes. We are looking for a People Partner to support key segments across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales teams.

As a People Partner, you will act as a Strategic Thought Partner, establishing yourself as an indispensable, embedded partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly with business outcomes. You will drive creative problem-solving, execute core talent programs, collaborate across the People Function, champion Samsara's culture, and connect with the team in person.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in People Operations

- Experience partnering with go-to-market teams (sales, CS or similar), or broader People experience (programs, talent, etc.)

- Learning oriented, with a record of picking up work you haven't done before and experience using AI tools to improve how you work

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, iterative environment, open to changes in focus and direction

- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan, scope and carry projects from design through delivery

- Experience using data to identify insights and inform business decisions

- Effective communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

Compensation:

- Annual Base Salary: $92,225-$155,000 USD
