## Description

This position directs the prioritization and delivery of multiple programs and resources related to Guidewire implementation and is responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget leading the E2E process of these initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating delivery of work from all suppliers involved in a small scale/sub-project, facilitating issue resolution, reviewing and approving vendor invoices/expenditures, working with business unit to define critical business needs and arranging appropriate resources, accountable for work request evaluation and authorization, development and submission of work orders, as well as review of cost estimates from the suppliers.

The successful candidate will also be accountable for Acceptance Criteria and execution of Acceptance Testing at program level, responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting on project performance, signs off on project deliverables, performs internal project close down, conducts Post-Implementation Reviews, liaisons with the Application Architecture team, ISP, third parties, as necessary, and performs as the team lead/supervisor.

Additionally, the position requires 7-9 years of experience leading Guidewire implementations, full English fluency, insurance experience in governance, budget allocation, people leader experience, time zone flexibility to work with the US and India markets, E2E ownership of project implementation, and a hands-on approach.
