## Description

As a District Sales Manager with Red Bull in Pompano Beach, you will manage and lead a group of District Sales Managers within a defined profit center location.

Your main priorities will include:

- Managing expectations: You will work with the General Sales Manager (GSM) to establish Sales/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned District Sales Manager and manage the execution of these monthly KPIs.

- Leading excellence: You will teach District Sales Managers selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays, overcoming objections, and retail math skills.

- Organizational leader: You will work with the GSM to ensure 100% alignment on all processes, routines, and executional expectations.

Key responsibilities:

- Work with GSM to establish Sales/KPI targets and manage their execution

- Lead, coach, and develop a highly capable team to meet or exceed operational objectives and sales targets

- Teach District Sales Managers selling skills and implement huddle processes

- Execute against KPI priorities, strategies, and goals for the branch

- Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and lives up to Red Bull's values

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management

- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
