## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Thame, Oxfordshire. As a Customer Assistant, you will be putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service, making customers feel valued and supported

- Be ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling our products

- Use and embrace digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience

- Help organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean, and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location

- Build your knowledge of our products, services, and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
