## Description

We are seeking a skilled FBS Agile Dev Team Member V - Java Full Stack to join our team. As a key member of our agile development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in key ceremonies to drive execution, improving flow, and ensuring transparency. You will also provide guidance to junior team members, plan work via program increment and sprint planning, and demonstrate working code to product and business owners.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and inspect & adapt to discuss opportunities for improvement. You will also conduct ongoing assessments of the current state and seek out opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of Java, Angular, Python, Springboot, microservices, and REST API. You will also need to have experience with advanced PI planning and agile ceremonies, advanced CICD, intermediate security, and application performance improvements.
