## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will manage a team, focusing on continuous improvement of team performance, productivity, service, quality, training, and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a team and ensure all activities adhere to relevant data standards and controls.

- Optimize automation within the team, reducing human intervention in design, development, and operations.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and Agile Leads to identify changes, create stories, and ensure efficient workflow.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and control objectives.

- Maintain operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services.

- Engage with stakeholders to align processes with organisational strategic goals.

- Optimize pipelines with DevOps and infuse best practices into technical delivery.

- Run brown bag sessions on new platform features and help the team adopt them.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in project implementation using Microsoft technology stack.

- Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, CRM SDK, and Azure Apps.

- 5+ years of experience guiding technical teams to achieve time-bound, quality delivery.

- Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills.

- Experience with Test-Driven Development, automated unit testing, and mocking.
