## Description

We are seeking an Application Engineer International Sales - Performance Greases to advise our international customers on technical application matters related to lubricating greases and develop solutions for demanding operating conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Advise international customers on technical application matters related to lubricating greases and develop solutions for demanding operating conditions.

- Combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset by analyzing and qualifying customer requirements, creating the technical basis for customized proposals, and laying the foundation for sales success.

- Act as the central interface between international customers, Sales, Product Management, and Production, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and solution-oriented flow of information.

- Manage customer-specific lubricating grease development projects with international customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

- Develop tailored technical solutions for complex customer requirements and drive resulting lubricant projects in a focused manner within an international environment.

- Create and maintain technical product documentation and share expertise through practical product training sessions for internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable discipline.

- Several years of professional experience and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

- Experience in the lubricants, bearings, construction machinery, or mining industries is an advantage.

- Work confidently in an international environment, collaborate effectively in intercultural teams and projects, and be willing to undertake regular international business travel.

- Combine strong technical understanding with business acumen and a keen awareness of customer needs.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
