## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at JLL in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will provide quality customer service to tenants and visitors in a cultural and creative mall.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

- Handling complaints and requests from tenants and maintaining good relationships

- Greeting customers at the start of the day

- Handling enquiries, requests, and phone calls from customers and visitors

- Settling complaints and managing sudden incidents

- Supporting in-mall activities such as exhibition events

- Performing inspections of stores on all floors and recording information in daily patrol forms

- Issuing signage, directories, notices, and work orders

- Handling redemption and other administrative tasks

- Providing immediate response and support related to operations

- Carrying out internal discussions according to client's requisition

- Maintaining a well-organized booklet display at the counter and rack of leaflets

- Carrying out any other duties as assigned by AFO/FO/SFO/FM
