Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

The Solutions Consulting team at Figma helps secure new customers and expand the existing customer base by demonstrating the value of the Figma platform.

As a Director, Solutions Consulting, you will lead the AMER Solution Consulting teams across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments.

Responsibilities:

- Build, develop, and inspire talented Solutions Consultants and leaders

- Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets

- Analyze and manage team performance

- Develop and scale core SC processes

- Act as a technical executive to align with customer executives

- Recruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team

- Leverage customer feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering

- Participate in regional industry events as a thought leader

Requirements:

- 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS

- 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams

- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams

- Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership

- Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience

- Strong understanding of technical and competitive landscape

Nice to Have:

- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework

- Prior experience managing managers

- Prior Figma, design, or development experience
