## Description

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Associate to join our dynamic environmental transactions practice in Denver. You will play a lead role in advising on high-profile, high-value deals across various sectors, including diversified industrials, aerospace and defense, life sciences, and sports and entertainment.

The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of environmental transactions experience, preferably at a large law firm. Your experience should include conducting diligence on environmental aspects of transactions, preparing diligence reports, drafting environmental provisions of M&A agreements, and advising clients on potential environmental risks and mitigation strategies.

Strong writing, interpersonal skills, and academic credentials are required, along with a commitment to excellence.

The expected base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.

This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses, as well as benefits and potential relocation reimbursement.
