## Description

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at our abattoir in Turriff. As a Manufacturing Butcher - Skilled (Beef), you will be responsible for multi-skilled tasks on the deboning line to remove small bones from primals of meat. You will work towards providing high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.

You will follow training in food safety to ensure food-safe products are produced for our customers, maintaining health and safety processes to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. You will use a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming and focus on completing tasks efficiently to reduce waste and downtime.

Responsibilities:

- Multi-skilled tasks on the deboning line

Requirements:

- Previous butchery and knife skills experience

- Ability to maintain concentration and high standards in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of detailed training and guidance

- Ability to work in a chilled environment (2-9°C)

- Food Safety Level 2 desirable (training provided)
