## Description

Our Client, a leading US insurer, serves over 10 million households with more than 19 million policies across the US.

Manage a team to maximize positive customer experience, focusing on risk acceptability guidelines and profitable business results.

Job Functions:

- Monitor team performance, including customer experience, work product quality, efficiency, and compliance.

- Create plans to improve team performance and develop individual skill sets.

- Ensure team members meet performance goals and communicate individual performance regularly.

- Interact with customers, respond to inquiries, and partner with leaders to develop improvements.

- Maintain knowledge of procedures, methods, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within a Call Center, preferably within Customer Service.

- Fluent English.

- Availability to work on site in Aguascalientes.
