## Description

We are seeking a Product Support & Services Associate to join our team in Operations, providing critical transaction support and managing post-execution processes to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable delivery of services across the Institutional Securities Group.

In this role, you will:

- Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks, and projects

- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes and propose changes

- Train others, allocate tasks, and support with first-line escalation

- Share expert knowledge across the team and contribute to team output and development

- Manage post-trade activities and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing

- Drive process improvement initiatives and support operational change efforts

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Comprehensive knowledge of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures

- Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities

- Experience in trade support, settlements, transaction processing, or post-execution operations within financial services

- Ability to identify operational risks, investigate exceptions, and implement effective resolutions

- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across front office, operations, technology, and control functions

- At least 4 years' relevant experience
