## Description

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Temporary Producer for Atlanta & Company, a locally produced, live, lifestyle sales integration show on WXIA-TV. As a Temporary Producer, you will create engaging segments that showcase products, services, and experiences to improve our audience's daily lives.

Responsibilities:

- Source, book, produce, write, and edit lifestyle segments daily, covering topics such as home, health, how-to, food, fashion, arts & entertainment, and the community.

- Develop and maintain local lifestyle contacts and relationships.

- Write and format scripts, create graphics, and production elements for in-show segments.

- Collaborate with the sales team to produce sponsor-driven segments for clients.

- Pitch segment ideas and provide feedback to improve the show.

- Prepare clients/guests for in-studio segments and handle social media content.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a producer for a broadcast talk/lifestyle or news show.

- Excellent editing and graphics skills.

- Strong writing abilities for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

- Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in social media channels, ENPS or similar news production software, Edius video editing software, and Adobe Photoshop.

- Must be willing to work in Atlanta, GA, and have flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
