## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management Metal Processing Solutions to lead our product management department and drive strategic growth in the metal processing solutions sector.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the Product Management Metal Processing Solutions team

- Designing and owning the product group strategy and portfolio development

- Driving sales, revenue, and profit growth through market-focused product strategies

- Initiating innovation and product development projects in collaboration with sales, R&D, and other stakeholders

- Strengthening the role of Product Management as a strategic partner within the organisation

- Supporting the EMEA hub role within the FUCHS Group

- Monitoring market trends, technology advancements, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Representing the company to customers, associations, and industry events

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A technical degree and extensive experience in product management, preferably in an industrial setting

- Experience in the lubricant industry, particularly in metalworking, is advantageous

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams and driving change

- Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation, market orientation, and customer needs

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in an international environment with a focus on EMEA

- Strong German and English language skills; additional language proficiency is beneficial

- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
