## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section at Aintree Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilize digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including nights. You'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 21:15-06:00

- Wednesday: 21:15-06:00

- Thursday: 21:15-06:00

- Saturday: 21:15-06:00

**Additional Information:**

- This role involves working through the night, so applicants must be 18 years or older.

- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
