As a Data Director, Growth and Marketing at Monzo, you'll lead a team to drive growth and marketing strategies using data-driven insights.

You'll work closely with the Growth and Marketing collective leadership team to set direction and craft insights, data products, and intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture a diverse data team

- Define global marketing strategy and product growth

- Balance growing different markets and customer segments

- Advance measurement precision to inform investment decisions

- Balance marketing with product-driven growth

- Understand network effects and their role

Requirements:

- Experience leading Data teams at Director level or above

- Empathetic, inclusive leader with experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams

- Hands-on Data Science background

- Deep experience in marketing measurement, experimentation, and guiding investment decisions

- Experience setting goals and defining clear metrics and targets with Finance

- Ability to turn complex business challenges into technical solutions and actionable recommendations

- Strong relationships across business areas and comfort influencing senior stakeholders
