## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations, working through the night at the Wheatley Doncaster Simply Food store. This physically demanding role keeps stores running smoothly, focusing on stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Collaborating with colleagues across functions

The role requires flexibility, digital confidence, and teamwork. You will work Sundays and Saturdays from 21:00 to 05:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours during peak periods in December. An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour is added for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
