## Description

As a global, internal creative agency, Salesforce's Global Brand & Creative team is responsible for building brand awareness campaigns and designing experiences. The Imaging Production Specialist, Global Design Production will work closely with the Studio Manager and project manager to intake project requests and deliver high-quality, production-ready files.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand project scope and proactively ask questions when needed

- Build print mechanicals using Adobe Indesign and Illustrator, preparing files for the printer following CMYK specifications and printer specifications

- Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats

- Take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic

- Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM

Requirements:

- BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field

- Extensive experience in design, production or related field

- Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency environment

- Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats

- Emphasis on print experience, which is essential for this role

- Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English

- 8 years of industry or related creative experience

- Expert knowledge of creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva
