## Description

Aladdin Investments and Trading Engineering builds technology supporting portfolio management, trading, analytics, and compliance workflows. As an AI-Enabled Product Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of investment technology, compliance workflows, software engineering, and applied artificial intelligence.

You will lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of scalable full-stack product capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, shape architecture, and align teams on technical direction. Apply AI-enabled engineering practices and embed responsible AI capabilities into products.

Responsibilities:

- Lead full-stack product capabilities across Analytics & Compliance Engineering

- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and shape architecture

- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices and embed responsible AI capabilities

- Build scalable, resilient, secure, and observable systems

- Champion engineering excellence and mentor engineers

- Drive platform modernization initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM discipline

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Demonstrated experience using AI-enabled engineering practices and intelligent development tools

- Strong full-stack engineering expertise with modern application architectures

- Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms

- Experience in financial services, investment technology, or regulatory technology environments

- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
