## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist. As a Senior Clinical Trial Diversity Specialist, you will collaborate with sponsor and study teams to create study-level diversity plans in alignment with current legislation and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sponsor and study team in the creation of study-level diversity plans in alignment with current legislation and regulatory guidance.

- Conduct trainings and presentations for internal project teams on topics including clinical trial diversity and diversity planning process.

- In partnership with study teams, recommend diversity enrollment goals based on disease epidemiology and oversee program level strategies to meet goals and implement these strategies throughout the execution of the trial.

- Monitor enrollment metrics and progress against diversity enrollment goals.

- Provide oversight and serve as clinical trial diversity SME for study teams in support of study-level diversity strategies.

- Train internal study teams and sponsor on completed plans to enable seamless operationalization of the plans.

- Conduct clinical trial diversity training and presentations for sponsors and/or sites.

- Function as the single point of contact/primary lead for study-level clinical trial initiatives and track and measure corresponding KPIs.

- Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations including contracted deliverables, provision of correct projections, reports, and updates, together with ongoing risk assessment and initiative-taking mitigation strategies.

- Support additional diversity initiatives as needed.
