## Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master - AVP to join our team in Bengaluru, facilitating and supporting Agile teams to ensure they follow Scrum principles.

The successful candidate will facilitate Scrum events, promote continuous improvement, and act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include:

- Facilitating events and ensuring they are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox

- Supporting iteration execution and maintaining backlog refinement

- Optimizing flow and removing conflicts impacting team flow

- Mitigating risks and shielding the squad from interruptions

- Building high-performing teams and fostering Agile team attributes

- Managing stakeholders and building trust

- Ensuring data quality and providing representation at required governance forums

As an Assistant Vice President, you will be expected to advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.

You will need to have:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex technology delivery environments

- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles

- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM)

- SAFe or large-scale Agile exposure

- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams

- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology

- Hands-on experience with Jira / Agile tooling
