We're looking for a Sourcer to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts.

**You will...**

- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies for a unique mix of Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles

- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier talent across various Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles using a mix of outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement

- Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role's requirements

- Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager

- Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts

- Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance

- Balance speed and precision, reaching out to volume at scale without sacrificing personalization or quality of engagement

**You have...**

- A Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of sourcing experience with a focus on quality high-volume outbound support for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles

- Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with diverse and hard-to-reach talent pools

- Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, and sourcing tools (Gem and SeekOut)

- Fluent in Boolean logic and skilled in CRM re-engagement searches to unlock value from talent communities

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating on sourcing strategies as business needs evolve

The offered salary is dependent upon several factors, including work experience, skills, and internal peer comparisons. The posted range is subject to change in the future. For this role, base salary is supplemented by equity compensation. Salary Range: $119,000-$161,000 USD
