## Description

The Operations Support Manager role is an individual contributor responsible for developing and supporting partner fulfillment centers to ensure they perform to necessary standards.

Responsibilities:

- Support 3PL partners: train, troubleshoot, and ensure adoption of ShipBob's tools and features

- Execute best-in-class operations: timely and accurate inbound operations, value-added service operations, and kitting solutions

- Support merchants: achieve key performance indicators, resolve escalations, and provide exceptional onboarding experiences

- Support internal customers: respond to operational queries, resolve escalations, and provide general status updates

Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and get business done

- Patience and resilience in teaching and helping 3PL partners

- Enjoyment of standardized processes and continuous improvement

- Minimum 4-6 years of operations or e-commerce fulfillment experience

- Advanced understanding of outbound or inbound fulfillment operations

- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel)
