## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Digital team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Sr. Technical Director in Digital Program Management and be responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of your project in accordance with a defined framework and tool set.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee complex go-to-market digital software projects

- Maintain a focus on client value and respond to customer priorities

- Proactively solve problems to maintain project delivery

- Act as a point of escalation for some projects

- Coach and support project managers and project controllers

- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Work directly with customers and delivery partners to ensure deliverables fall within scope, budget, and timeline

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope

- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs

- Coordinate internal resources, 3rd party suppliers, and delivery partners as required

- Ensure risks and issues are addressed throughout the project lifecycle

- Adhere to governance as defined within the Global Digital project process

- Produce project status management reports

- Ensure project documentation is produced and maintained

- Interface with the wider Global IT Organization as necessary

- Work within the company’s financial processes

- Engage with stakeholders as required

- Work outside of normal working hours where project delivery requires it

- Always adhere to WSP Health and Safety standards

Qualifications:

- A relevant program/project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE Practitioner, PMP) is preferred

- PFQ, PMQ (desirable)

- ITIL v3 Foundation as a minimum, with a preference for certification in one or more of the following: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement (desirable)

- Practical knowledge of methodologies and frameworks: Lean, six-sigma, Agile, with PMI-ACP being desirable

- Experience with and strong knowledge of governance frameworks

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- MS Project experience

- Excellent written and spoken English is required

- Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with peers and leaders

- Proven working experience in project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be a proactive self-starter who can also work effectively in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking

- Attention to detail and the ability to unblock complex problems

- Effective use of Office 365

- Developing and tracking budgets and project financials

- Act as a professional ambassador for the Global Digital Organization
