## Description

We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team in Brackley. As a Composite Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team Leader in the efficient running of the department, meeting job timescales and demand, while ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals

- Verifying information on drawings and route card instructions

- Contributing to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

- Maintaining equipment and a clean working environment

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good verbal communication and listening skills

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with engineering drawings is desirable
