## Description

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate to join its Tech Recruiting Team. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs, manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, and provide consulting and guidance to Talent Acquisition teams.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs

- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables

- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent

- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters

- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques

Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification

- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting

- 2+ years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers

- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent

- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

The role is hybrid, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at the designated office location.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $120,800 - $137,900.
