## Description

We are seeking a Casual IV Therapy Homecare Nurse to join our team on a bank basis. As a Casual Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly in London/Kent and surrounding areas, providing high-quality patient care to those requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in their home.

**Main duties of the job:**

- Provide individualized quality patient care to Homecare patients in their home setting.

- Administer prescribed IV therapies and associated care and support to patients who are unable to be trained to independence.

- Provide training and education to support patients/carers in the connection and disconnection of Parenteral Nutrition/to use infusion devices and any other prescribed therapies to independence.

**Requirements:**

- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

- Competent in the management and delivery of IV Therapies.

- Ability to work alone.

- Ability to make decisions in a clinical emergency situation.

- Current valid driving license and your own car to travel to patients' homes.

- Flexibility to travel and visit patients outside local area.

**Hours of work:**

- Monday to Sunday, with split shifts (4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening).

- £30 per hour
