## Description

To assist with the laminating of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes and complexities.

Final preparation of patterns and moulds. Using a variety of hand tools, small air tools and abrasive paper hand finish master patterns to the highest of standards. Spray sealer to patterns then post spraying preparation. Work to drawings and working instructions. Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. Keep all equipment maintained. Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy.

## Skills

### Required
- Previous experience in a pattern shop or similar environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow work instructions
- Good awareness of health and safety
