## Description

MDD, a leading forensic accounting firm, is seeking a Manager to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in accounting and finance, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

## Key Responsibilities

- Conduct preliminary to intermediate analysis of sales, production, and other accounting data

- Perform physical inventory observations and price testing

- Examine source documents relevant to engagements

- Review and verify reports and schedules

- Conduct interviews to gather information

- Prepare preliminary drafts of report narratives and schedules

- Analyse and reconcile claims to final calculations

- Research and evaluate data

- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws

- Undertake additional research and tasks assigned by the manager

## Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

- At least 5 years of accounting experience

- Forensic accounting experience is preferred

- CPA designation or actively pursuing it

- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

- Ability to travel internationally for extended periods

- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Professional demeanour and positive attitude

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
