## Description

Priory SL North Yorkshire is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team. Supported Living North Yorkshire provides tailored outreach support across North Yorkshire and the East Riding, working with adults diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to resident wellbeing. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to maintaining safety, security, and confidentiality standards through professional behavior

- Undertaking key working responsibilities for individual service users, supporting them to plan goals and personal outcomes

- Facilitating and supporting service users in decision-making, promoting choice and involvement

- Presenting the service in a positive light and making suggestions for improvement

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths are also required.
