## Description

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business relationships and serve as the first level of support to existing clients.

Responsibilities:

- Research prospective clients through various strategies

- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data

- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients

- Cold call prospective clients

- Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients

- Educate clients regarding the translation process

- Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled appropriately

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

- Research and understand industries that TransPerfect markets to

- Perform special projects or duties when required

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Excellent English communication skills

- 1-3 years of sales experience

- Proven sales life cycle experience

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Effective time management skills

Salary range: $46,000 - $48,000, plus eligible bonuses.
