## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering, Agentic AI, and DevOps practices on Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver scalable, secure, resilient solutions on GCP

- Lead architecture reviews and technical decisions

- Drive cloud modernisation and migration

- Build and optimise batch and real-time pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer/Airflow, and Pub/Sub

- Ensure governance, reliability, and cost efficiency

- Implement secure, standardised connectors to internal APIs/data sources

- Build automated evaluation harnesses and implement tracing across agent steps

- Deliver IaC with Terraform and CI/CD for cloud/data workloads

Required Qualifications:

- 12–15+ years in IT, including 5+ years hands-on in GCP architecture, data engineering, and AI/agentic AI solutions

- Strong in core GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Composer, GCE, GCS, GKE, etc.)

- Proven delivery of production microservices/APIs and distributed systems

- Strong Python skills

- Hands-on LLM integration

- Experience with graph databases and relationship modelling

- Familiarity with agentic development frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

- GCP Professional Cloud Architect / Data Engineer certification

- Experience in enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs

- Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization

- Experience in regulated industries (Banking)
