## Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Branding and Transportation Safety division in Chennai. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales and business development activities for the graphics segment, handling large key accounts in Tamil Nadu and AP/Telangana.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain key account relationships

- Understand customer needs and pain points, and address them through 3M CBTD solution offerings

- Drive specification-led business development in existing and new customers

- Expand customer and channel base

- Identify new segments and promote new products

- Conduct seminars to create awareness and differentiation of products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer service and complaint management

Requirements:

- BE/MBA with a proven sales track record

- 4-6 years of experience in core sales

- Prior experience working with brand owners and project teams is an added advantage

- Good understanding of key account management/channel management

- Experience in sales to institutions/B2B business development

- Experience in conducting seminars/product demonstrations for large customer gatherings

- Experience in concept selling/specification incorporation/tender generation
