## Description

We are seeking a Group Manager, Environmental Management, to lead our team in Malmö and Helsingborg. As a key member of our leadership team, you will combine leadership with consultancy work, focusing on developing and supporting employees, securing competence supply, building customer relationships, and contributing to sales and tender work.

You will also work as a project manager and consultant within environmental management, contributing to projects such as:

- Environmental legal and strategic advice

- Permit processes and environmental impact assessments

- Regulatory monitoring and compliance

- Environmental management and operational control

- LCA, climate calculations, and climate analyses

- Sustainability management and reporting

The ideal candidate has a strong background in environmental management, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
