## Description

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to manage corporate housekeeping and entity governance for Flexport's subsidiaries across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance for Flexport's EMEA entities

- Manage statutory and regulatory filings with local registries and authorities

- Support the formation, licensing, and onboarding of new legal entities

- Maintain Flexport's entity management system

- Coordinate KYC, UBO, and due diligence requests

- Support entity rationalization projects

- Draft and administer corporate policies and documentation

- Liaise with Finance, Tax, People, and Compliance teams

- Support commercial and governance matters

- Budget and outside counsel management

- Identify and drive process improvements

Requirements:

- 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience

- Hands-on experience supporting the setup of new legal entities

- Working knowledge of corporate governance and filing requirements

- Experience with an entity management platform

- Familiarity with UBO/beneficial ownership regimes and KYC processes

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

- Additional European language skills

- Paralegal certificate or law degree

- Experience at a fast-growing, multinational technology or logistics company

- Exposure to M&A, intercompany restructuring, or group simplification projects
