## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and competent Support Worker to join our team at Tithe Barn, a residential support service for adults with autism or learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will be part of a team providing personalised support to residents, using proven therapies to help them build confidence and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide support to residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and participation in activities

- Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual care plans

- Maintain accurate records and complete daily administration tasks

- Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

- Contribute to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with residents who may use challenging behaviour or alternative communication methods

- Commitment to providing person-centred support and care

- Relevant experience in health and social care (NVQ2 or equivalent)
