## Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer on Stripe's Professional Services team in Paris, you will work on high-visibility projects, providing technical expertise to strategic customers. You will help them accelerate their knowledge, solution design, and integrations with Stripe.

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement and revenue

- Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture to code implementation

- Explain technical concepts and Stripe's product features and API architecture to clients and the developer community

- Educate users about Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments

- Be the primary technical point of contact for large users' and partners' technical teams

- Provide recommendations and feedback to the product and engineering teams

- Lead the establishment of a new regional office in Paris

## Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering

- Technical leadership on a large user-facing project

- Strong generalist technical skills and comfort with code-level debugging

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English

- User-first approach with empathy for customers

- Experience as a team lead and mentor to junior team members

- Enjoy solving open-ended problems and willing to learn and teach others
