## Description

As a Senior Associate Process Manager at Capital One, you will identify solutions to problems and implement process improvements. You will effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas, including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to a dynamic agile environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives

- Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives

- Identifying and driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities

- Understanding customers' needs of the process and driving process improvements

- Developing and maintaining formal process documentation, including creation or updating procedures

- Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcomes or improvements

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 2 years of experience in Process or Risk Management

- At least 1 year of experience in G Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
