## Description

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant at Pullman Kuching hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experience, team performance, and achievement of outlet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service

- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and presentation

- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and operating performance

- Control food, beverage, and operating costs effectively

- Plan manpower, schedule staff, and boost productivity

- Conduct daily briefings to keep team members informed about promotions and menu items

- Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth coordination between service and food production

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

- Monitor stock levels to minimize wastage and breakage

- Promote restaurant offerings to drive outlet revenue

- Train and develop team members to enhance service standards and product knowledge

- Comply with hotel and Accor standards, policies, and procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Management

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a hotel environment

- Previous experience managing a Chinese restaurant is preferred

- Good knowledge of Chinese cuisine, menu items, and restaurant service

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and guest service skills

- Understanding of restaurant cost control and revenue management

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Positive, hands-on, and service-oriented attitude
