## Description

The Monetization Strategy team at Asana drives the company's pricing and packaging strategy and execution. As the Pricing Strategy Director, you will play an instrumental role in building and executing Asana's product monetization strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the launch and optimization of offerings, including packaging, pricing model, price levels, and discount strategy.

- Maintain an informed perspective on the business by examining operating metrics, customer data, and market trends.

- Identify opportunities to drive impact in the short term and long term, and develop strategies to seize those opportunities.

- Design and execute detailed customer, product, competitor, and financial analyses to support strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to create pricing and packaging recommendations, and present findings to the executive team.

- Orchestrate operational plans to implement monetization strategies.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of pricing experience in strategy consulting or B2B software.

- Proven experience in building pricing models, tools, and processes.

- Robust analytical skills, including customer and competitor research and financial analysis.

- Understanding of SaaS pricing, self-serve and sales-lead go-to-market strategies, and customer buying behaviors.

- Demonstrated ability to cultivate impactful cross-functional relationships and lead diverse teams.
