## Description

Anduril's Space team is dedicated to expanding AI-powered capabilities into space, enhancing Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for U.S. military and allied partners.

As the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), you will serve as the senior security authority for the Space team, leading all Risk Management Framework and Assessment & Authorization activities across classification levels.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all RMF processes for system authorizations (ATO, IATT, IATO) and develop and maintain System Security Plans, Security Assessment Reports, and POA&Ms.

- Manage the continuous monitoring program including vulnerability scans, account audits, access reviews, and risk assessments.

- Coordinate security control assessments with validators, SCAs, and Authorizing Officials.

- Lead incident response for security events requiring investigation, containment, and reporting.

- Provide direct leadership and mentorship to ISSOs.

- Manage GRC platforms, track compliance evidence, and brief leadership and customers on authorization status.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in information assurance or cybersecurity.

- DoD 8570/8140 compliance at IAM Level II or higher.

- Demonstrated experience managing system authorization packages.

- Experience interfacing with government Authorizing Officials.

- Strong understanding of NIST 800-53 security controls and CNSSI 1253.

- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CISSP or CISM certification.

- Experience with space systems or satellite program security environments.

- Familiarity with GRC platforms.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a cybersecurity team.

- Background working with DISA STIGs and SCAP-based vulnerability management tools.

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD per year. Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
